In this review, 162 studies have been evaluated looking at a statement to "objectivized" functional tests for evaluating patients with Low Back Pain (LBP). On account of the insufficient statement about the test's course, the test's instruments and the insufficient scientific validation, only 20 studies were chosen to be included in the review; however most of the scientific validation seem to be doubtful in regard of the small study's populations. The most fitly functional tests for evaluating LBP seemed to be: the so called "Loaded reach", "Timed-up-and-go" and "Sit-to-Stand". It was not possible, to give any data about th responsiveness of these tests.
